Iam writing to say how much we appreciate the company & the driver !! Andi is amazing patient and helpful for reservation and closely follow up.

This has been of great help to me and my family at a time when we have been faced with last minute airport pick up as well as closely follow up with the reservation. The driver was on-time, polite and the Luxe SUV is clean and comfortable.

Our airport transfers were smooth, efficient, and comfortable. Our driver, texted us when we landed with his vehicle make, plate number, and exact location. Our flight was slightly delayed, which - combined with airport PD enforcing time limits on vehicles waiting at the curb - forced him to circle around while he waited for us. He kept us updated on his exact location and we connected smoothly.

The vehicle was a new Chevy Suburban 2023 spotlessly clean. The ride was smooth & comfortable, and I enjoyed chatting with driver.

The return trip to airport was also excellent. The driver was familiar with our hotel and knew exactly where to pick us up to avoid the adjacent construction. He had checked our flight information and knew exactly where to drop us off. Again the vehicle was a new Chevy Suburban.

Highly recommended.

Like everyone, all elements of car service are above average (pre-ride communication, on-time arrival for pick-up, cleanliness, amenity in the car, driver’s professionalism, ride comfort) with very reasonable price. I hired A2Z Luxury limo to transport my son, his date, and 5 of his closest friends for their Jr Prom festivities and had the BEST experience. Andi was friendly, kind, professional from the moment of the booking until my son and his friends were dropped off safely at the end of the evening. He made every effort to be in constant communication with me throughout the evening providing me and the other Mothers reassurance that our children were in good hands. Very professional 5-star service! Driver met us at baggage claim, grabbed and loaded all our bags. He went above and beyond and helped us with car seats at the car rental agency as well.
